Job Description

We are looking for a cook who loves cooking and wants to help develop our kitchen.

Your main responsibilities will be to prepare food from scratch and work in the kitchen during evening service.

You should be able to perform self-checks and have a good economic mindset regarding the kitchen.

We would like you to be involved and come up with ideas and suggestions to continuously develop our menu.

It is also important to be meticulous, organized, and able to maintain cleanliness around you; even cleaning and tidying up is important.

We hope to start the employment on March 15th.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare well-cooked meals
• Plating
• Order supplies
• Mise en place
• Keep track of the kitchen budget
• Receive goods
• Dishes
• Handling according to food safety regulations and applicable self-checks
• Temperature checks and food samples
• Cleaning
• Cardboard/packaging disposal
• Organizing everything in the kitchen so that it is clean and tidy at the end of the day
